TIPS FOR THE DAY

GOTHROUGH THE SIMPLE TIPS FOR FEELING VIBRANT AND ENERGISED IN EVERY SINGLE DAY
1. The early bird catches the worm is the best proverb for starting a day. We get extra time and that may be used to work out, meditate and read. The day gets a good start. Seeing the sun rise is a great feeling and we get enough infra red rays and that is good for our body.
2. Stretching is the best exercise. It will relax our body very much and strengthen the shoulders, back, hips and legs. If you stretch properly you will feel immediate benefits both physically and mentally.
3. Drinking fruit juice in empty stomach 15 minutes before breakfast is best for our body.
4. Showering with cold water improves blood circulation and leaves you feeling fresh. We will get a good energy and feel fresher.
5. Eating fresh green vegetables is good for your health. We will get plenty of vitamins, fiber and antioxidants from it. Proper cleaning is a must. In order to remove the pesticides from the vegetables clean it at least for 2 hours with salt water.
6. Fruit is best for quick energy boost. They are loaded with fiber and vitamins. Slice a washed fresh apple in a bowl and pour one cup of boiled water in it. After some time add one table spoon of honey and stir well. It’s an instant energizer.
7. If you do not exfoliate your dead skin, it will build up. Exfoliation is a magic way to glow the skin of the face.
8. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. If you can’t drink plain water, add some lemon juice in it.
9. Surrounding yourself with flowers will lift your spirits and fill you with joy.

13. When you feel stress, take a deep breath and relax yourself to soothe your nerves.

16. To release the tension in your mind and body, lie on the floor and relax, inhale and exhale and release your muscles from head to toe.
17. 15 minutes foot massage can help you sleep better, get recharged and be ready for another day.
18. Whenever you feel bad , think about your past achievements Try taking hot bath and retire to bed with a cup of hot milk and good book.
